DJA were instructed to undertake changes and improvements to an existing planning approval on a 1980’s office block in Epsom, Surrey. This complete refurbishment to include alterations and additions, involved the creation of 2 extra storeys of accommodation and the conversion of the existing office space. The resulting design for 46 residential units unlocked the re-use of an existing building, creating much needed housing in this popular area. Our attention to detail and design adjustments facilitated a smooth planning approval.
