DJA's design for 13 three-bedroom houses located within walking distance of Boscombe Beach in Bournemouth. This sympathetically designed scheme replaces a former nursing home; a building of little architectural merit located on the border of the Boscombe Manor Conservation Area. Despite a previous planning application being refused at appeal, we thoughtfully designed this scheme and worked closely with Ken Parke Planning, resulting in an approval for outline planning permission.
