DJA’s design for this traditional family home located on a leafy road in Ferndown, Dorset. Previously a large plot with just 1 dwelling, the owners approached us with the vision of dividing their land to utilise their large garden. The siting of the new dwelling continues the pattern of development in the road, resulting in a respectful design that enhances the street scene, with the planning officer recommending approval.
