We were thrilled that our scheme for a 4-storey apartment block replacing a former guest house in Westbourne was approved under delegated powers. This was a significant approval, as with the expertise of DHPC we overcame challenging BNG issues – careful negotiation and perseverance delivered the right result in the end.
Another approval, this time for a complete remodel and extension of an existing property on Sandbanks Road in Poole. Planning permission was swiftly granted for this scheme, which greatly improved the street scene with a contemporary remodel of what was an unremarkable detached property.
