Sketching is an integral part of the design process here at DJA. These recent concept sketches by David are for a contemporary one-off house.
The house was designed to benefit from the morning sunlight to the front and the midday to evening sunlight to the rear. Due to the sites location and the natural slope of the land down towards the sea, the house allows beautiful views out towards Sandbanks, Poole Harbour & Brownsea Island from all the floors.
