Another DJA approval, this time for a contemporary bespoke dwelling located in a stunning seaside location in South Wales. As the site is in a conservation area, we worked closely with the planners ensuring the design and specified external materials were sympathetic to the surrounding environment. Natural external materials of timber and slate complement the setting, with the internal layout having been thoughtfully designed with the living space on the upper floor to take full advantage of the stunning sea views.
