Planning approval in Cranborne Chase conservation area...

Recent planning approval for additions and alterations to an existing pair of semi-detached houses located in the sought-after Dorset village of Witchampton. The site is in a conservation area within the Cranborne Chase National Landscape, and is adjacent to a Grade II listed building. The additions comprise a single storey rear extension to each dwelling, and a 2-storey side extension to one cottage. These additions have been sensitively designed to respect the scale, character and appearance of the existing property and surrounding buildings. We worked closely with Luken Beck to secure planning for this sensitive site.
