Approval for 16 new homes in Lymington, Hampshire

Our design for 16 new homes in Lymington town centre for Colten Developments has just received unanimous planning approval. We worked closely with NFDC conservation officers and Ken Parke Planning, ensuring our scheme sympathetically responded to the character of the surrounding area. It was noted by the officer report that the development would ‘materially enhance the street scene’. A great result for all and we are looking forward to seeing this scheme come to fruition.
