DJA designed this scheme of 10 luxury houses for renowned local developers Penny Farthing Homes. This dynamic housing scheme has transformed a previously derelict clifftop site on the edge of Steamer Point Nature Reserve.
Each bespoke house has been thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of the stunning coastal setting and surrounding natural beauty, whilst protecting local biodiversity.
Due to be completed in 2027, this scheme will set the standard for luxury homes in this area.
