This approved town centre scheme in a Conservation Area in Lymington comprises 9 houses and 7 flats, each courtyard gardens and on-site car parking, for Colten Developments. The scheme received unanimous planning approval, and it was noted by the officer's report that the development would ‘materially enhance the street scene’. We worked closely with NFDC conservation officers and Ken Parke Planning, ensuring our scheme sympathetically responded to the character of the surrounding area.
