Recent site visit to DJA's Thames design...

David and Kim visited this stunning DJA design last week, located on a spectacular spot on the River Thames. This striking house has been designed to mitigate against potential flooding – the building is raised from ground level on a series of pilotis, giving the building the appearance of lightness in this gravity defying design. The internal layout has been carefully thought out to take full advantage of the stunning setting - an abundance of glazing bathes the interior in light and allows in / out living from all rooms.
