Another planning approval, this time for the demolition of an existing dwelling and the construction of a luxury family residence in the Branksome Park Conservation Area. The approved scheme offers extensive accommodation to include a double height entrance hallway and kitchen/ living area, indoor swimming pool, triple garage, and main bedroom suite with his and hers dressing and ensuite bathrooms.
We have designed this new dwelling to be carefully balanced in scale to avoid over development of the site and respect the neighbouring properties.
