Currently on-site and coming along nicely - DJA’s design for alterations and additions to an existing 3 storey block of apartments in Bournemouth town centre. This apartment block is in a prime location overlooking Bournemouth beach and has been externally re-modelled in a contemporary style, with alterations to the communal areas on the ground floor. Our design includes the addition of a third floor comprising 3 apartments and associated roof terraces, bringing the total number of apartments to 31.
