Here at DJA we love a challenge! We are well known for our luxurious one-off house designs, located in spacious surroundings allowing huge scope for design flair.
There are also the more challenging sites, with various factors such as tree constraints having a significant impact on our design approach. Some sites pose a design challenge in terms of size; we love finding clever design solutions for these ‘tighter’ sites, some with varying levels and significant trees, amongst other constraints. Others are in a more urban environment, throwing up overlooking concerns and potential impact on amenity, all of which we address in our design solution.
The end result is always the same DJA quality and expertise in design that we are known for.
